they sit near you when you're sick
they come to see you if you have a problem.
Friends lend you their bike so you get to
school on time
they pay your phone bill
when you have no money
they send you a pizza when you're hungry
they pay you a round trip ticket
to see you on Thanksgiving.
They come and help you before an exam
they are your shoulder when dad dies
they make a good cappuccino when you're thirsty
they steal for you a coffee mug at Starbuck's in Oxford.
